Official Rules: Spring 2024 Powerbeats Pro Sweepstakes

Eligibility:

The Powerbeats Pro Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States of America, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Think Fast Games, LLC are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor:

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Think Fast Games, LLC, located at 110 Windsong Dr, Johnson City, TN, 37615.

Entry Period:

The Sweepstakes begins on April 26, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on May 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period").

How to Enter:

There are multiple ways to enter the Sweepstakes. Each way has a specific number of entries associated with it. Each entry has an equal chance at winning. Participants may enter in as many ways as they would like, but may enter each option only once.

  1. Fill out the online entry form located at http://bit.ly/free-beats-dot-duel OR mail a 3x5 index card to 110 Windsong Drive, Johnson City, TN, 37615 with the following information: Name (first and last), email, phone number (optional), address, (street, city, state, and zip code), age (to confirm older than 18), and statement that you agree to the conditions herein stated in the Official Rules. Must be received by the end of the Entry Period. 1 entry
  2. Follow Dot Duel on Instagram (@dot.duel). Must be following at end of Entry Period. 5 entries
  3. Tag 3 accounts on one of our social media posts. Comment must remain posted at end of Entry Period. 15 entries
  4. Like Dot Duel on Facebook. Like must remain at end of Entry Period. 25 entries
  5. At Crunch Fitness table when Think Fast Games, LLC has a Company Representative on site, participation in a “Challenge” against the Company Representative will add 50 entries. Beating the Company Representative in the Challenge will add another 100 entries.
    1. Participant must make sure their information is taken after the Challenge. The Challenge may include a round of Dot Duel: Deluxe Edition, a single Duel (from the game, Dot Duel: Deluxe Edition), or other Challenge at the discretion of the Company Representative.
  6. Post about Dot Duel on social media, tagging one of our official social media accounts. Post must be live at end of Entry Period. 200 entries

Prize:

The winner will receive one (1), new Powerbeats Pro - Black valued at $199.95.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within 5 days after the end of the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.

Winner Notification:

The potential winner will be notified via email, text, or through social media within 10 days after the drawing date. The potential winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time period or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Claim:

To claim the prize, the winner must provide a valid shipping address for prize delivery and consent and cover the cost of shipping.

General Conditions:

  • The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify social media entrants if it is deemed to come from a duplicated account, or “Bot.”
  • The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.
  • The winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the prize.
  • The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other prizes.

Winner's List:

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Think Fast Games, LLC, 110 Windsong Dr, Johnson City, TN, Attn: Powerbeats Pro Sweepstakes Winner's List. Requests must be received within 30 days after the end of the Entry Period.

Sponsor's Rights:

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Privacy Policy:

Information collected from entrants may be used in communications from the Sponsor, and entrants retain the right to unsubscribe from these communications. Information collected from entrants will not be sold or distributed to any other party.
